April 28th & 29th Sat 10-6, Sun 10-5

Despite the siren song sung by the alluring maidens of the IRS and the FTB, I managed to save enough enthusiasm from doing taxes on behalf of the jolly H&R Block folkiepoos to make some new things for the Walnut Creek show. I hope to see you there. I'll probably be by that oompah joompah music playing Mexican restaurant, where I tend to be.

I hope I get a tree, as it is supposed to warm up. The good ol' phone will be on, if you can't find me, and want to.

Like the pages of the fashion mags, I am in full color, for this show. Lots of flash and dash. Some good new things. I made a 'Varmit' necklace for the bold of heart. I had perceived it as a magical bird ala cirque du soleil, but my wonderful family had another name for it. My dear son even added that, like the fattie katties, it was a 'fattie varmit'.

I did a flower girl necklace, also. I was going to do some like minded earrings, but they came out too long, and have been adopted by a seriously long necked woman in Willow Glen. Like Victorian nannies used to say, I must 'try try again,'.  No I am not quite that old, nor did anyone I know have anything to do with the Titanic. Any of my relatives were probably too lowly to even be even consider for maid service in that milieu.

I am keen to watch CALL THE MIDWIFE, set in 1950s East End of London. But in the meantime, I must make do with watching MI-5 whilst enjoying a nice bit of Yemeni salmon. Anyone who has not seen SALMON FISHING IN THE YEMEN, must proceed directly to their nearest art cinema, or even their nearest mall, without passing GO!!!!!!

Well, that must do. I must continue on in my dungeonesque studio aka grubble heap, working my pore ol' fingers to the bone for you. I do hope to see as many of you as poss in the glorious glamor that is Walnut Creek.
